The last Battle Masters infantry...Wood Elves!

The final unit of infantry for the "good guys" in my Battle Masters project...some Wood Elf monopose plastics from the mid-1990's.

More men-at-arms...Battle Masters.

 Another 21 models added to the pile...closing in on the end of the "good" infantry.

Slogging through the Empire...(Battle Masters/FSF)

I have been slowly slogging through the Empire side of the Battle Masters project.  Now full of regret and not wanting to finish it...I must battle through!

Another game of FSF

Joined up with a buddy the other evening to tackle some Orcs run by my other buddy.  Managed a close win.

FSF Component Update with some test bits...

The FSF development continues with some new test components.

 

The battle board has been revised, as well as a test print of some new magic cards.

 

 

Battle Masters - the Empire grows stronger.

Still not particularly enjoying painting up the Empire side of Battle Masters, but I am making some progress.  The unit of archers, matched to the first unit of halberdiers.

Games!: Famine, Sword, & Fire in a large multi-player game.

Had one of my best buddies come to town over the weekend and we made sure to put together a nice 2v2 game of FSF on Saturday.  He had just speed-painted a whole Dwarf army for the occasion!  While we didn't have a scenario in place, just a "meeting engagement", the game came down to...being too close to call when we quit!

Battle Masters: The Empire Strikes Back

With the conclusion of the Chaos/baddies...I've finally started on the Empire.  These models take much more time than the normal bad guys, so I don't see this army being finished in two months!

 

The first unit is a basic unit of men-at-arms.

Games!: FSF, the Bazanti defeat their Undead nemesis!

In another very close run game my Bazanti managed to defeat my buddy's Undead army.  He has an Orc army in the wings, as well as a Bretonnian/Empire style human army as well.  Once they're fleshed out a bit more, I expect some more issues!
